1996 — The Beginning
Young Group begins its manufacturing journey in Bangladesh, founded on quality, reliability and customer partnership.
Young Group’s journey began in 1996 with a commitment to dependable manufacturing, consistent quality and lasting customer relationships. Over three decades later, that commitment continues through two specialist companies serving international brands and retail programmes.
Young Group was founded in Bangladesh in 1996 at a time when the country’s apparel and export-manufacturing sector was developing rapidly. From the beginning, our ambition was not simply to supply products—it was to build a business customers could depend on.
Quality, responsiveness and personal responsibility became the foundation of how we worked. Early customer relationships taught us the importance of understanding the complete requirement behind an order: the product, the specification, the market, the timing and the standard expected at delivery. These lessons shaped a culture that remains central to Young Group today—listen carefully, take ownership and keep improving.
